Zombie NIR Viability Dye

Zombie NIR™ is an amine reactive fluorescent dye that is non-permeant to live cells, but permeant to the cells with compromised membranes. Thus, it can be used to assess live vs. dead status of mammalian cells. Zombie NIR™ is a polar water soluble dye, providing red fluorescence, making it suitable for multi-color detection.

The matrix of the LS Columns is composed of ferromagnetic spheres, which are covered with a cell-friendly coating allowing fast and gentle separation of cells. Incucyte Caspase-3/7 Dyes for Apoptosis are formulated to detect apoptosis (cell death) in live cells. The dyes are ideally suited to the mix-and-read, real-time quantification of cells undergoing caspase-3/7 mediated apoptosis. Addition of the Incucyte Caspase-3/7 Green, Red or Metabolism Dyes to healthy cells is non-perturbing to cell growth and morphology. Incucyte Caspase-3/7 Dyes for Apoptosis couple the activated caspase-3/7 recognition motif (DEVD) to a DNA intercalating dye.
